About MedStar

The Monmouth County Sheriff's Office MedStar Division provides basic life support emergency medical services throughout Monmouth County. Our goal is to work together with our volunteer counterparts to provide the high level of prehospital service that our residents and visitors have come to expect — and to continue raising the bar for prehospital services everywhere.

Our services are rendered with the highest regard for cultural competency and respect for each individual and group we interact with. We believe that every patient deserves compassionate, professional, and effective care regardless of background or circumstance.
