Fraud Protection – Identity theft and telemarketing fraud is one of the fastest growing crimes in the county. This program discusses what identity theft is – how the criminals get your personal information and what YOU can do to keep from becoming a victim of ID theft. It will also illustrate that seniors are the target of choice of telemarketers and how seniors can “fraud-proof” themselves with simple and easy to use techniques. And lastly, it will cover how to surf the internet safely.
