Pfc Sarnoff is a World War II Veteran. He enlisted in the Army on June 14, 1943, where he was a medic until his honorable discharge on March 4, 1946. On May 1, 2021, Pfc Jack Sarnoff received “The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal” – New Jersey’s highest military award during his 100th birthday ceremony in Englishtown, N.J.
